Great book and helped me really up my game. All the buttercream and filling recipes alone make it worth it!

The title is appropriate

The book is very well put together with easy to follow instructions clear photos and all the things to look out for when making macarons, Also tells you everything you need for a beginner. I haven't tried making them again due to time constraints, but will be trying to make them again soon I highly recommend this book to anyone starting out on their macaron journey

Shinee, thank you for this amazing book!

I used to love the Ispahan macaron from Pierre Hermé when I lived in Paris, but after moving to Canada, I really missed them. Every year, I tried recreating them for my family, but they never looked perfect.

This year, I read your book cover to cover, and your tips were a game-changer! My macarons still aren’t quite at the Parisian level, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.

Super helpful book with lots of images/explanations on how to make macarons!

My only critique would be to update the Raspberry Macaron Shell recipe to the v2 version on your website.
